AMERICAN RED CROSSFUNDRAISER

SEPTEMBER 16, 2001

WEST GEYER LANE, SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI

On Sunday, September 16, 2001, the Rhomberg family held a fundraiser for the American Red Cross to benefit victims of the attack of September 11 on New York and Washington, DC.

The Antique Warehouse donated the use of a Cretors popcorn wagon and all of the popcorn, penny candy, and bottled Coca-Cola to this worthy event.

Due to the generosity, compassion, and patriotism of our friends and neighbors, approximately $4,425.00 was raised to contribute to the relief effort.

Our neighbors enjoyed ice-cold beverages from the Coca-Cola cooler seen in the background.

This was a noteworthy street scene as many passersby stopped to marvel at the unique fundraiser organized by these schoolchildren.

The Knapp family visits with the volunteers at the end of the day's work.
