Step right up and see the LURID, BIZARRE and enticingly beautiful images of sideshow art from the Circus Midway. Many of these haunting masterpieces have never been seen in 50 years. SEE these surreal giant folk art paintings that are long lost gems of the MIDWAY. We have snake girls, frog boys, blockheads, pinheads and fire eaters! The display will be located at the Historic Firehouse , 3678 South Broadway, at Salena Street. This show is curated by Mike Siculan - banner expert, collector and lecturer who helped develop the cult classic book "FREAKS GEEKS and STRANGE GIRLS." The show will be held from 6:00 p.m. until Midnight on June 20, 2008. Admission price of $20.00 will include 3 drinks and will benefit the Marine Villa Neighborhood Organization. $10 for any St Louis CITY card carrying neighborhood organization members.
