Meet the MachinesMay 20, 2006

     On Saturday May 20, 2006, Greg Rhomberg volunteered the Antique Warehouse, Grant's Farm Tram, for Meet the Machines, Presented by Budrovich and Fabick.  This annual event is designed to show kids ages 3-15, the heavy equipment side of construction business.  Children and adults had the opportunity to view and climb aboard many different types of heavy machinery, including giant excavation equipment and hoisting machinery.  Lunch was also provided as well as a free goodie bag for all of the youngsters.

     Due to limited parking nearby, the Grant's Farm tram was provided by Greg Rhomberg.  This allowed many to take a step back in time and ride on the once famous tram that provided tours through Grant's Farm in South St. Louis County.  Kids and adults found it fun to ride the tram to the entrance and then back to their car after they had finished viewing everything at the show.  Many just rode the tram for the fun of it.
