description: A charming child's size house with operating Dutch door and windows. Cedar siding exterior with window boxes, operating shutters and copper gutters. 3/4" car siding interior and tongue and groove pine floor. Electrical panel with outlets and chandelier. information: This playhouse is one of two built by the Struckhoff family and Greg Rhomberg. Bob Jr. and Greg built the house and Robert Sr. provided the doors, windows, mill work and shutters. The second house was donated to the Villa Duchesne School Auction in 1991. |
